Reflections on first cornflakes making session.

yea cannot remember much from the session.. hah

erm yes.. remembered it was a few of us that went to joanne's house first. At that time it was pretty much lack of manpower. caused i remembered the melted chocolate came faster than we can put into the "paper". and there was a lack of space around to place the packed cornflakes. so it was quite inefficient..

den the 2nd batch of ppl came.. well it kinda became manpower overload i guessed.. there was like 6 or 7 ppl jus packing the the cornflakes into containers. caused the kitchen was flooded with ppl.. loll. (didn't know how they managed to have space to placed all the cornflakes). den there was also like not enough cornflakes for us to pack.. loll. boils down to the problem too any ppl.. but well since its was for everyone to have a chance to experience and bond, so ya.. it was fun still. lol

yea another thing to comment was that we kinda naturally split into our own clicks during that session.. maybe for the fact that we didn't know the rest well enough yet last time around.. but yea.. after so much meetings and bonding.. this is no longer a problem hah:)

Many things are learnt from this experience. Firstly, if within means, we should let everyone have a try at different acitivities. like melting the chocolate, arranging, packing and stuff. cause different experiences make us learn more through the process. secondly, we should learn to not take things for granted. for example joanne kindly let us use her house, so we shouldn't treat her house like so pig sty and make a mess out of it and we should thank her mum for letting us use the premises. Lastly, we should learn when to get serious and when to play. although being serious might bring down the lively atmosphere at times, but we should always prioritise objectives above fun and laughter, so as to successfully complete the task on time and do not have to work till too late just to complete task.
