cornflakes making session!
10:42 PM Through the cornflakes making sessions on sat and sun at ms azyanti's house, the two most important lessons that i learnt was the importance of teamwork and communication. Teamwork is essential for everyone to work together and reach our aim of making 9000 cornflakes. If some of us are not cooperative, it will hold back our progress in the making of cornflakes. Communication is also essential so that we are aware which process of cornflakes making needs help. We must also persevere no matter how bored or tired we are with carrying out the cornflakes making for a long period of time. We motivated each other to continue to do our best as we are getting closer and closer to our aim. This is essential to keep the team moving during any tough situation. Through the making of cornflakes, i realised the different talents of my teammates. For example, some may be better in the melting and the mixing of chocolate with the cornflakes while others may be better at scoping the cornflakes into the paper cups. There are also those who are able to crack jokes to lighten the atmosphere and thus making everyone less bored. This shows that everyone has different talents and we can tap on the strengths of everyone to work toward our goal. On sat, some of us met at the LRT before proceeding to ms azyanti's house together. We must be responsible for turning up on time so as not to keep others waiting. This also ensures that we are on task and do not drag the time and hinder our progress of the day. We also mustn't be too calculative and learn to give at times. Although it was the Biology students who were making the cornflakes this time, we should not be too calculative due to the time constraint. This shows that we are willing to help each other out. Through these cornflakes making sessions, i felt that i've bonded with the team and can better communicate with them. I also got a better picture of each other's character and personality. :D Ke Hui |
